Directions to Brookfield Preventive Medicine, LLC From Danbury and Western NY: Take 84 east to exit 7 (left lane exit) getting onto route 7 going north. Get off at the first exit which is exit 11, Federal Road. At the bottom of the exit make a left. Stay in the right lane. At the second light make a right onto Federal Road. (The welcome to Brookfield sign will be across the street.) Go approximately one mile and you will see Costco on the left. Building 300 is half a mile further north on the left, across from Thomasville furniture (it is not in Brookfield Commons). Go to the entrance of building one and up the stairs to Suite 108. From Eastern Connecticut Take 84 going west to exit 7. Follow directions above from exit 11. From Southern Ct. and Westchester Take Route 7 North to 84 east. Follow directions above from Danbury. From New Milford and points North Take Route 7 South past 4 corners (intersection with route 25). Continue past Larson’s farm (route 133) on the left. Go about another half mile and #300 will be on the right.
